I wanted to email to say how pleased I am with the 2.5 tog 100% European Duck Down duvet that I recently bought from you. It was for my daughter who gets hot at night and doesn't like the weight of a single duvet.
She has been using an old synthetic fibre cotbed duvet as the 4.5 tog down duvet that I bought her she finds too hot and heavy. I spoke to someone on the phone to ask for some advice and he recommended the European Duck down 2.5 tog duvet over the European white goose down duvet as he thought it was definitely worth the slightly higher price.
Well I must say that the duvet is extremely light and my daughter loves it. I think the duvet cover actually doubled the weight of the duvet once I had put it on - it's almost a shame that I have to put one on it is so lovely and soft and light without it. Also, the quality of the material and workmanship are excellent - old fashioned quality of service and product that you don't often get these days (I'm not as old as that makes me sound!).

This order is for our second quilt set. The quality of your quilts is amazing and the warmth is just too much
which is why I have ordered the European lighter set, I will give the warmer ones to my dad if they come in time for xmas.

Rec'd my duck down duvet yesterday,absolutely first class quality.Thank you very much. Service and delivery second to non. Arrived exactly as promised. All the other major stores state ' pure down ' but are in fact a mixture of feather and down. Yours was the only company I could find that supplied exactly what I wanted, apart from John Lewis, but their price was in excess of £300, and for Hungarian duck down , over £600. Cannot wait to get into bed now, might not get out ever again.
Will definetely recommend your products without hesitation.

Good evening Gordon, just to let you know that my order arrived yesterday evening safe and sound. They are the most beautiful duvets I think we've ever had and in fact although they are of different qualities I would be hard pushed to tell the difference. Unfortunately the weather here has just this week warmed up so we think that we'll manage with the clapped out Spanish cheapo version ones we're using at the moment, although the temptation to get under these duvets is really tempting!!
