Delivery charges: Please note that a delivery charge of £5.95 will normally be added to your account for any mainland UK destination when you transfer to the secure payment site. We are happy to deliver worldwide and welcome enquiries in this respect.

Delivery timescales vary from item to item - for many products we are able to offer a 24-48 hour service, others can take longer but 14 days would be the maximum timescale we work to.

Returns policy: In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your delivery, please inform us within 14 days. We will issue replacement goods or a full refund accordingly provided goods are returned unused. We reserve the right to levy a £10 admin charge in the event goods are not proven to be faulty.
