Just a little note to say thank you for such a lovely British made product not something everyone can afford but certainly something worth saving up for and maybe a better option than buying a new mattress.

I purchased your King Size 100% Pure Duck Down Combo Topper in July 2010 and questioned the 10 year guarantee you offered!

Well two and a half years later it is still so lovely to snuggle into when I go to bed and when I think of getting up in the morning that can take up to an hour after I turn and snooze a few times. I would recommend this to everyone who enjoys a little deserved luxury especially if their mattress is a bit firmer than they hoped it would be or if like me their spine and so many joints need warm soft comfort.
You just can’t replace the luxury of feathers and duck down is wonderful.

I hope you add my recommendations for this wonderful mattress topper on you customer thank you letters.

I may need to order some new quality pillows soon as I can afford them to get that extra full body comfort.

I used my new Mattress Topper and Down Quilt for the first time last night, and I am delighted with them both. I am not a good sleeper and usually wake several times a night, but the topper was so wonderfully soft (but supportive) and the quilt so light and comfortable, I’ve just had my best nights sleep for ages. Wonderful. I wish I’d found these items years ago!!

I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for your excellent service. The lady that took my order was so polite and helpful that I had total confidence in ordering my mattress topper. It arrived within a few days, along with the sheets and the topper protector and I could not wait to try them out.

I washed the sheets, ironed them and put one of them on my bed that night and I could not believe the difference that it made. Let me report to you how I've got on with the merchandise I have bought from you. Last September I purchased a 100% pure duck down combo topper and dacron coolmax topper protector. This was my final attempt to cure my very achy back which had been troubling me for about a year every night and for the first few minutes after getting up in the morning. I had spoken to the doctor, tried Alexander, Pilates, Yoga and an osteopath, none of which had made any difference. Our bed was newish - a couple of years old - so we didn't think that was the problem. I didn't think a different sleeping surface would help, but I was willing to try anything. Anyway, within five nights of using your topper, my back trouble was completely cured.

Just to let you know that our mattress topper and protector arrived last Wednesday. Having tried it for a few night I have to say it is a success. Even though we live in constant air conditioning and the over night temperature is never lower that 25 degrees, I can honestly say that it hasn't added to the heat issue. Maybe it is the 'cool protector' that I selected to go with it, I don't know.

You asked for feedback, so I would like to say that I'm impressed by the customer service, and that I found your web site very clear, informative, quick and easy to use. I'm also very pleased with the topper. It's good quality, well made, and everything that I expected. I have quite a severe back problem, and find it difficult to get comfortable. It hasn't stopped it hurting, but it certainly is much easier to get a decent night's sleep. Very luxurious and cosy.
