My mattress cover arrived as you promised next day which was amazing. thank you so much for the advice given as to type of cover to buy. While my night hot flushes have not stopped the cover does what it says and keeps me cool. I have slept so much better since starting to use it and to think the Dr's solution was Prozac when my real problem was the memory foam mattress.

So from one very happy and relaxed lady thank you.

Well I just had to write and tell you how well I have slept for the past two nights since I received my OUTLAST MATTRESS PROTECTOR. I will admit I had become desperate and had taken to sleeping in the spare room as my memory foam mattress was just to hot to sleep on. Now back in my lovely bed and have stayed cool and comfortable all might even with the nights being quite muggy. I would highly recommend this Outlast product and will be sending for a duvet soon Thank you for an exceptional product and service.

Just to let you know that the High Performance OUTLAST Mattress Protector - King has cured the problem of my partner suffering from being hot during the night, it does what it says on the package!! We had tried a Memory Foam Topper quite a while ago and that was a disaster!, The current mattress has a latex component which is part way to memory foam. Anyway, very grateful to your product and would recommend to anyone else experiencing similar problems. Just to add that she suffers from Cutaneous Lymphoma which involves cells burying themselves in the skin which causes itching, so reducing the heat reduces the itching. If you want to use this either in full or part, please do.

I would like to thank you for your advice on the Outlast mattress protector that I bought from you. Since fitting it over our mattress (that already has an outlast cover), I have not been overheating on the memory foam mattress. It seems to have solved the problem

I found your web self clear, helpful and welcoming, probably more welcoming than any other I have visited. I got a clear impression that my phone call would be welcomed.

When I called, I was put straight through to an expert, and got really good advise from Gordon about what product best suited my needs, with a suggestion for further items if and when I decided I need them without any pushiness.

The ordering system was easy to use, and I like being able to use Paypal, so much nicer than having to dig out my credit card and type lots of numbers in. My order arrived within a couple of days, in the exact time slot which I was notified about by post.

The product itself is excellent. I have had two of the best nights' sleep in the last two years since I got my current bed.

Hi Duvet Store – I have been so pleased with my purchase of the High Performance OUTLAST Mattress Protector I felt compelled to write in. I was concerned it would be a waste of £85 but it has been well worth the money to be able to sleep at night without overheating. We purchased a memory foam mattress and although it is comfortable I was often having to get up in the middle of the night to change due to overheating.
