I have recently purchased a 13.5 tog king size hungarian goose down duvet from 'The Duvet Store' based in Angus, Scotland. I thought I would add a review as I had never heard of them until they came up through an internet search, and although I was initially cautious because I wasn't familiar with them I eventually placed an order. I can honestly say that the service I received was fantastic and I was really pleased too with the quality of the product. When I placed my order there was a slight delay before it could be dispatched but I immediately received an email from Gordon Lumsdaine at The Duvet Store explaining the situation and apologising for the delay as well as offering a refund if I wished. I was happy to proceed but made some changes to the delivery which Gordon happily accommodated and the duvet was delivered. The delivery was also very well organised, with an hour slot rather than the usual long wait in! The duvet itself is lovely, exactly as described and I was really pleased with it, particularly as I had been initially a little cautious about buying from an unfamiliar website. I was so impressed with the service I received, and Gordon was very helpful, so I just wanted to feed that back.

Buying online could be a gamble but my whole experience with your company is as it should be and I would recommend your company to family and friends.

just letting you know that we (husband and I) are very pleased with our new duvet and bedding. We bought the Hungarian white goose down superking duvet on special offer (not because it was on offer, but because it was what we were looking for!). At first, it looked quite 'thin' but once in bed we warm up much more quickly than before and stay toasty warm all night. Best of all it fits the bed, draping over each side, so we are not fighting each other to pull it over on our side!

The bedlinen is gorgeous - such wonderful quality.
