The size of chamber inside each fibre dictates how soft it is, as well as how good are it's insulation properties. Dacron Comforel is manufactured with the highest of internal voids.

Secondly, Comforel is not left as a 'straight' hollowfibre - each fibre is curled, the end result being fibre clusters which act and feel just like high quality natural down! Fells like down but with all the anti-allergenic properties of synthetic fibre and a price to match.
