I am emailing to say I am very impressed with your service and the fact that my order has arrived in an amazing 27 hours from ordering to my door.
The products seem really good quality and even though I find new bedding usually needs a wash/rinse before use these smelt fresh enough out the packaging to go straight on the bed after a shake and few minutes airing.

I will be using your store again when the need arises and recommending you when appropriate.

I am writing to give feedback, as invited by your email below.
I found your web self clear, helpful and welcoming, probably more welcoming than any other I have visited. I got a clear impression that my phone call would be welcomed.
When I called, I was put straight through to an expert, and got really good advise from Gordon about what product best suited my needs, with a suggestion for further items if and when I decided I need them without any pushiness.

The ordering system was easy to use, and I like being able to use Paypal, so much nicer than having to dig out my credit card and type lots of numbers in. My order arrived within a couple of days, in the exact time slot which I was notified about by post.

The product itself is excellent. I have had two of the best nights' sleep in the last two years since I got my current bed.

I shall be ordering another Outlast product today, very happy to give more business to you and I have given glowing reports of The Duvet Store and Outlast to my friends.
