Following extensive trials we have developed what we consider to be the ultimate topper in terms of comfort.

On the top is a beautiful 2 inch topper comprising 100% Pure European White Duck Down sourced from the Pyrenees. The quality of down is remarkable (it makes a terrific pillow) - Fill Power of 750 makes for a very high loft which is wonderfully soft to lie on.

The absence of any feather ensures maximum softness.

For the lower topper, we have selected our Hotel Luxury 3 inch topper - offering more cushioning. The filling consists of 30% Pure Pyrenean Duck Down and 70% small Pyrenean Duck Feather. A very popular blend used by hotels at the higher end of the scale.

The secret of a good topper is well filled Cassette pockets - five inch casings prove to be large to achieve the ideal pressure required. 

This topper is hand filled in Scotland using high count soft pocketed 100% cotton down proof casings.

Both toppers have elasticated straps at each corner which will fit under your mattress to hold them firmly in place.

We do not recommend washing toppers due to the volume of filling - washable topper protectors are however available as well as extra deep fitted sheets via the links below.
