Delivery Information
The majority of our products are freshly filled to order and despatched within 24 to 48 hours. When you place your order we will immediately advise you of the delivery situation. If your requirement is for a next day/rapid delivery please don’t hesitate to let us know and this can normally be managed at no extra cost. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged upon request – these do incur an additional cost of approximately £5.00.
The Duvet Store use DPD for deliveries – they are perhaps the most reliable courier service in the UK and do not subcontract with other carriers for the final delivery. The most up to date technology is available and e-mail warnings will be sent when your order is despatched and again with information detailing the anticipated time of delivery within a one hour window.
